We need an experienced, upbeat & prompt NYC professional to serve as the executive assistant to the Director of Manufacture New York. Our company is a startup fashion incubator, so experience working with startups in the fashion or tech industry is desirable. We are also in the middle of a fundraising campaign, so any applicable experience to funding startups or campaigning is also highly desirable. 

Availability: Full-time for the next 2 weeks, and then at least 30 hours subsequently. Must be available to start immediately!

Basic responsibilities:
-Coordinate Director’s daily calendar and schedule reminders of all meetings, phone call and deadlines on Google Calendar
-Confirm all dates, times and locations for meetings or phone calls via email with all participants
-Take notes at meetings & during phone calls, organize “next steps” and daily action items via email
-Reply to Director’s email correspondence as needed and initiate any follow-up correspondence after meetings
-Coordinate with other support staff & team members- including press coordinator, designer liaison, marketing & PR teams, architect, legal & accounting
-Organize online files as needed
-Social media experience is strongly preferred

Experience Level: Entry level, college degree preferred but 3-4 years comparable work experience is ​totally fine

Compensation: $450/week
